We always start with a free consultation and if you decide to move ahead, our next meeting with a signed contract and 30% retainer secures my commitment to being with you on your due date. The sooner we start working together before the birth of your baby, the greater the benefits you’ll enjoy.

As a certified birth doula, certified postpartum doula, and former substance abuse counselor, I am trained and educated in a wide range of topics surrounding prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences. I also have an established professional birth community and contacts in the medical field to enrich the knowledge I already have. Comprehensive Packages

My Birth Doula comprehensive packages give you prenatal, birth, and postpartum support.

Birth Doula for Your Due Date

These packages ensure my commitment to being with you when you give birth and include scheduled prenatal and postpartum visits. Additional counseling hours can be purchased separately.

SILVER $850 — The Birth Doula commitment with two prenatal visits and two postpartum visits scheduled Monday–Friday between 9 AM–3 PM.

GOLD $950 — The Birth Doula commitment with three prenatal visits and two postpartum visits scheduled for any day of the week between 8 AM–9 PM.


Birth Doula for Your Scheduled Cesarean

These packages ensure my commitment to being with you when you give birth during a scheduled Cesarean, Belly Birth, and include scheduled prenatal and postpartum visits. Additional counseling hours can be purchased separately.

SILVER $400 — The Birth Doula commitment with two prenatal visits and two postpartum visits scheduled Monday–Friday between 9 AM–3 PM.

GOLD $470 — The Birth Doula commitment with two prenatal visits and three postpartum visits scheduled for any day of the week between 8 AM–9 PM.


Prenatal Services

BELLY CASTING/MOLDING

We’ll spend two hours together creating your unique Belly Cast memento. All supplies included.

SILVER $145 — Scheduled Monday–Friday between 9 AM–3 PM.

GOLD $160 — Scheduled for any day of the week between 8 AM–9 PM.


Postpartum Services

Add-on Counseling

Additional counseling hours are available for current or previous clients in appointment blocks of two hours or more.

SILVER $45/hour — Counseling for two hours or more scheduled Monday–Friday between 9 AM–3 PM.

GOLD $55/hour — Counseling for two hours or more scheduled for any day of the week between 8 AM–9 PM.


Belly Binding Packages

Includes a two-hour fitting of your new personal Belly Bind along with a second two-hour follow-up visit within the next 72 hours for continued proper support.

SILVER $125 — Scheduled Monday–Friday between 9 AM–3 PM.

GOLD $150 — Scheduled for any day of the week between 8 AM–9 PM.

As a certified birth doula, certified postpartum doula, and former counselor with a Master’s Degree in Women’s Studies, I am trained and educated in a wide range of topics surrounding prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences. I also have an established professional birth community and contacts in the medical field to enrich the knowledge I already have.

I am also knowledgeable about how different personal backgrounds and situations can affect those experiences. My goal as your doula is to support you to have an experience in this magical time that is uplifting, empowering, and joyful.
